FAQs

 

We create a list of common questions our customers ask when they shop online with us. If you cannot find an answer to your question, please contact us.

1. How do I place an order?

Step 1: Register

You must first create an account with us before you can place an order. We will ask for your details and send you an email confirmation once you have successfully registered.

Step 2: Log in

Once you've created an account, you can sign in with your username and password. We ask that you keep your password secure.

Step 3: Browse and Buy

You can browse our product catalog or search for the item you are looking for by entering the name of your item and clicking search. To add items to your shopping cart, select the quantity and click "Add to Cart". Your item should now appear in your shopping cart. You can also edit the quantity or delete items within your shopping cart.

Step 4: Payment gateway

Once you have finished shopping and would like to pay, click "Proceed to payment". This should take you to our Shipping & Payments page, where you will enter your shipping address and shipping method (note that shipping costs vary depending on the method selected). Check your order details and click "Place your order".

Step 5: Make the payment

An email will be sent to you once you have placed your order. You must pay for your order in full within 48 hours; otherwise, your order will be cancelled in our system.

 

2. Is there a MOQ to order?

There is no limited MOQ for purchases.

3. How to make quick purchases?

Find all products on the category page or product page, you'll see the Quick View button, and click to make quick purchases.

4. How do I check the status of my order or view my order?

You can check the status and details of your current and previous orders by visiting My Account > Orders after logging in or entering your order number in the left sidebar of the home page without logging in. You will receive an email about tracking.

5. I have trouble placing my order, what can I do?

If you have problems with your order, our customer service team is here to help. Please contact us at info@reflow.store

6. Can I change my Order?

No, we do not currently allow you to make changes once an order has been placed on the customer side, we suggest that you contact us to confirm if it is possible to do so or place a new order directly. We'll ship all your last orders together.

7. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before payment by posting feedback by contacting our sales team at info@reflow.store or live support. Otherwise, if you do not make a payment within 48 hours, we will automatically change the status of your order to "Cancelled".

8. Why was my order cancelled?

We require a payment within 48 hours of placing the order. Our system will automatically cancel your order if a payment was not received within two days.
