General Conditions of Sale

1. Scope of application

The sale of products at reflow.store are directed by the company REFLOW RECAMBIOS, S.L (hereinafter in this REFLOW) is regulated by these General Conditions of Sale. These conditions are considered accepted without reservation by the Buyer and it is assumed that placing an order implies full compliance by the customer with the established conditions, as well as acceptance of the sending by email of documentation referring to your order, such as the order confirmation or invoice or information regarding offers and promotions, as well as news of REFLOW products and services (maximum once a month).

It is also established that once the payment of the order has been made, the customer agrees to accept the shipment under the conditions stipulated in this document and to proceed in good faith with both the material received and the operation contemplated in this contract. REFLOW reserves the right to update the content of these General Conditions of Sale.

These conditions are applicable to Portuguese and Spanish customers, and whose places of residence and delivery are within these countries (including the Balearic Islands and except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

2. Products
2.1 Features
The characteristics of the products that are described on the website are derived from the documentation that the brands and suppliers send to REFLOW.

2.2 Approval
It is reported that REFLOW only sells articles, in no case with second-hand or retreaded articles. In case of second-hand and remanufactured articles, REFLOW has a dedicated section with distinctive "2ND" / "REM" TAG clearly displayed and labeled at the product showcase.

2.3 Use of the products
The customer undertakes to strictly comply with the indications and recommendations that each manufacturer makes regarding reliability and safety regarding use (device, instructions, voltage, power...)

Therefore, REFLOW declines all responsibility that may arise from non-compliance with these specifications, also taking into account non-compliance with the prescriptions and recommendations when mounting the articles or deficiencies in terms of storage and use conditions. REFLOW will not be responsible in any case for incorrect mounting of articles and their use in abnormal conditions.

2.4 Stocks
On very rare occasions and due to the volume of shipments of REFLOW, the case of overlapping orders may occur, and thus affect the stock offered on the website.

In the exceptional case that this occurs and the situation arises that REFLOW due to availability problems could not meet a customer's order, REFLOW will contact the buyer within a maximum period of 24 hours to inform of this situation and give the client the possibility of canceling or modifying their order, making adjustments that due to changing references could affect the total amount of their invoice or in the case of cancellation, proceeding to the immediate refund of the amounts paid by the client.

3. Order
3.1 Registration and order confirmation
Once the orders have been placed and the user account linked to each of the customers has been created, REFLOW will automatically send an email to the email address notified by the customer with the order confirmation, the invoice and the Issue number of your shipment.

3.2 Order modification
Customers are informed that the possibility of modifying an order once it has been confirmed is impossible due to the speed of delivery that all REFLOW users enjoy.

Any error when indicating your email account will prevent the receipt of your order confirmation, as well as errors at the time of entering the delivery address can cause logistical problems and delay in the delivery of orders, of which REFLOW is not responsible, nor will it be held responsible for errors made by the client in terms of measurements or brand.

In case of being aware of an error in your order process and as long as you notify the same day of creation of the same and before 3:00 p.m. by phone to REFLOW, we will offer you the possibility of canceling your order in the case your products have not been placed in transit, otherwise you have 14 days from the date of creation of your order to proceed with the return and refund of your money for any reason (to expand this information see point 8. 3.3 Order rejection
REFLOW reserves the right to reject any order placed by a customer for any legitimate reason.

3.4 Order confirmation requires prior acceptance of the general conditions by marking the checkbox indicated for this purpose before CONFORMING the ORDER. Said contract is not filed since it is an essential condition to be able to carry out the order confirmation procedures to previously give it as MARKED and therefore it is understood that said specified GENERAL CONDITIONS have been READ AND ACCEPTED. Therefore, for appropriate purposes, the acceptance of the GENERAL CONDITIONS INDICATED once the ACCEPTANCE is MARKED AND THEREFORE THE ORDER IS PLACED. Any order placed and printed with its validation of payment, delivery, etc. it is therefore subject to the PRIOR ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS AT THE CONTRACTUAL LEVEL. Both the ACCEPTED GENERAL CONDITIONS AS THE OWN CONFORMED ORDER SUBJECT TO SUCH GENERAL CONDITIONS, by the client through the PRINT option of their OWN USED WEB BROWSER, is fully accessible for printing.


4. Prices
4.1 Pricing policy
The prices that appear on the website owned by REFLOW are expressed in Euros and include the amount of VAT in force in each country.

4.2 Price modification
REFLOW reserves the right, accepted by the client, to modify its prices based on supply and demand at any time, with no other obligation than to indicate these modifications on its website. However, these modifications will not affect the orders that REFLOW has accepted before the entry into force of said modifications, if the products ordered are available.


 5. Payment methods
5.1 Bank Card
To make the payment by bank credit card, you only need to enter the numbering, the expiration date and the cvv code; These data travel in an encrypted way so that they are indecipherable to third parties and the transaction is carried out safely, once your data has been verified in a few moments you can proceed to finalize your order and thus receive your articles within the established period and at the address indicated. REFLOW uses the security protocols used by Visa and MasterCard called Verified by Visa and MasterCard SegureCode.

The technical protocol underlying both cases is the same, called 3D Secure. 3D Secure is a secure payment system since it manages to authenticate the cardholder, that is, it guarantees that the customer who is using a card number is really the cardholder, putting the customer in contact with their issuing bank. the card at the time of payment and ensuring authenticity.

5.2 Pay Pal
The client has the payment available through PayPal, carrying the same costs that this transaction entails.

The reason for passing these expenses on to the client is due to our more than adjusted prices and the direct competition in terms of security that our page offers to its users, due to the additional cost for REFLOW to have a secure payment system in the card payment with the same possibilities as payment through PayPal.

The breakdown of these expenses is as follows:
Use of the service: € 0.35 cts.
Percentage of total: 4% of your total purchase.
The amount of these expenses will be increased in the total of the invoice.

Who is using a card number is really the cardholder, putting the customer in contact with their card issuing bank at the time of payment and ensuring authenticity.

5.3 Bank transfer

Remember that, in the transfer income, the order will be processed once it is effective in our account, with the period between 24h-48h on a regular basis (working hours Monday to Friday).

5.4 Deferred payment
Orders through SEQURA A PLAZOS payment have an approximate validation time of 2.30h. During business hours from MONDAY TO FRIDAY, once the APPROVAL of the OPERATION is received, the order will be generated in the normal service hours to which it corresponds: example: validation after 6:00 p.m. of the day is managed next business day, taking into account as NON-OPERATING FOR LOADING SATURDAY SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS.


6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery times
The delivery time for REFLOW products is 24/48 hours in 98% of the national territory and part of Portugal. This period is between Monday and Friday of each week. In order for the 24/48 hour delivery requirement to be met, the order must be entered on the website owned by REFLOW before 18:00.

Orders placed on Friday before 18:00 will be delivered on Monday.

The remaining 2% will be delivered in 48 hours and is reserved for populations very remote from large capitals and some territories in the Balearic Islands and Portugal.

For logistical reasons we cannot deliver in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

The delivery will be made with the transport company (MRW/DHL/SEUR).

Any delay in the delivery of the products due to a case of force majeure unrelated to REFLOW (fire, natural disasters, strike, difficulties with subcontractors or suppliers, accidents ...), does not give the customer the right to cancel the order or part of this one.

Orders to a PO box will not be accepted.

6.2 Order tracking
REFLOW gives you the facility to track your orders in real time. Once the order has been confirmed and paid, the customer will receive an email to the address indicated by him with the confirmation of his order, the invoice and the dispatch number, which by accessing the shipment tracking link https://reflow.store/pages/tracking on the transport company page and from midnight (00:00) on the day the order is created, you will be able to see the status of the order.

In addition to this service, transport company will inform, free of charge, by means of an SMS to the telephone number indicated by the client, at the moment in which their merchandise is put in transit. In the event that the order is delivered to an assembly workshop chosen by the customer, it will be the same who must notify the workshop of the arrival of the merchandise.

In the event that the client chooses home delivery and is not at home at the time of delivery, the transport company will try a second time, after which in the case of also being negative due to the absence of the customer, they will leave a notice informing of their visit and indicating the steps to follow to receive their package, in this case it must be the customer who gets in touch with the transport company to manage the delivery of your order.

In the case of not receiving news from the customer for 10 days from the date of departure, the products will be returned to REFLOW at the customer's expense. The return cost will be € 10 + VAT per KG of Box weight for Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal.

6.3 Hit delivery, non-conforming products
The customer is responsible for checking the products upon receipt and before assembling them to ensure that they are fully compliant with the order, even in the event that the delivery is made at an assembly center.

In the event that upon delivery the customer appreciates blows, breaks or mistreatment of the products that could affect their deterioration, or that he appreciates an error in references in measure or brand (not produced by the customer and responsibility of REFLOW) , and inform as soon as possible of the situation to REFLOW via form / incidents or by phone to be able to make the pertinent claims, solve the situation as soon as possible and thus be able to replace the order at no cost to the customer. The omission of visible damage to the product on delivery may lead to a rejection of responsibility by the carrier, so if it is not detected at the time of delivery, it must be communicated urgently (if possible 48 hours from delivery and until 3 days) to be able to carry out the pertinent checks and resolutions derived from damage to the product during shipment.

In the event that the customer still appreciates anomalies, he accepts the delivery, he must also write down the appreciations on the carrier's delivery note and keep a copy of it and communicate it to REFLOW at info@reflow.store indicating the order number and accompanying images of the damage detected .

Additionally, the client has a period of 14 days to check the conformity of the received products (more information in point 8. Withdrawal).


6.4 Partial delivery
It may be the case of a partial delivery, that is to say that the transport company has temporarily lost one of the packages, in case of missing products, the customer must necessarily mention it in writing on the delivery note that the delivery person gives him indicating on the Even the text "missing X packages" and inform REFLOW by phone or by form 

In most cases, this situation is quickly resolved by the transport agency, delivering the missing packages in a short period of time.

6.5 Lost packages
In the event that within 72 hours of placing the order, the merchandise has not been delivered, the customer must inform REFLOW about it by phone or form 
/incidents and a claim will be opened to the carrier to find out the reason. of the delay and thus be able to replace the merchandise as soon as possible.

6.6 Shipping costs
Shipping costs are FREE for the peninsula, the Balearic Islands and Portugal.

Other Destinations the cost will be based on Shipping carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS, it is calculated based on whichever is greater: the actual weight of the package or its DIM weight. Whichever is higher becomes the billable weight for which your business will be charged.


7. Property reservation clause
The products purchased in the store will be the property of the customer from the moment they receive it at their home or assembly center.


8. Retraction
8.1 Right of withdrawal
The customer has a stipulated period to return for whatever reason and at his expense, the products he has ordered and to cancel his order.

8.2 Deadlines
The term will be 14 days from the delivery date of the order.

8.3 Return of products
The right of withdrawal can be exercised through any means admitted by law. Below `we provide you with a

Once the request for the return of the articles has been received, REFLOW will contact the customer and proceed to request a collection order from the transport company at the address indicated by the customer in the order.

The products must be returned accompanied by the invoice.

REFLOW does not accept return packages freight.

8.4 Return costs
It is recalled that the return costs are borne by the customer, except when the decision to return is the result of a non-conformity or a proven warranty problem. In that case, REFLOW will proceed to exchange or refund the defective or non-conforming products free of charge.



8.5 Refund
REFLOW undertakes to refund any product returned in the conditions indicated above.

The refund will be made within a period of 14 working days after receipt of the products in the warehouse of REFLOW. The return of paid orders will be made by the same means that the purchase was made.



9. Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available” and is without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and any warranties implied by any course of performance or usage of trade, all of which are expressly disclaimed. REFLOW makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the site's content or the content of any sites linked to this site and assumes no liability or responsibility for any

(d) the site or the service will operate in combination with any other hardware, software, system or data, or

(e) the results of using the service will meet your requirements.

REFLOW does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the service or any hyperlinked site or featured in the content of the site or any banner or other advertising, and REFLOW will not be a party to or in any way be responsible for monitoring any transaction between you and third-party providers of products or services. As with the purchase of a product or use of a service through any medium or in any environment, you should use your best judgment and exercise caution where appropriate. 9.1 Scope of coverage
All the products offered on the website owned by REFLOW, have a 2-year guarantee from the moment of delivery. The customer may contact REFLOW for any claim in this regard. Due to the nature of the product, defects that indicate possible manufacturing problems (used article) must undergo mandatory inspection by the manufacturer who, after technical inspection, will determine if the anomaly of the product corresponds to a production failure, in the event that the customer will appreciate any deficiency in their article within the specified warranty period of each of our brands, REFLOW undertakes to replace or credit in case of unused articles or to the corresponding procedure at no cost to the customer for inspection by the manufacturer. The verification periods depend directly on the manufacturers, so they cannot be stipulated or approximated.

All our brands have quality experts who, once the articles have been received, proceed to carry out an exhaustive examination of their products and determine the nature of the defects, whether they are manufacturing or misuse by the customer.

In any case, in the case of defects duly contracted and confirmed by the manufacturer, the transport costs, delivery and return of the products will be borne by REFLOW.

In the event of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, lower the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user.

9.2 Warranty Exclusions
The use and assembly of products carried out without respecting the instructions of REFLOW and the manufacturer and whose conditions of use are beyond their control, are not subject to warranty.

To make the guarantee effective, the articles must meet a series of requirements:
The warranty does not cover punctures, cuts by sharp objects or external blows.
Deficiencies must not be the result of improper assembly or manipulation, or poor storage or maintenance, or failure to respect the instructions for use.
